1. Damaged Product:

Our products are packed with utmost love and care so that they reach our customers safely. However, in the unlikely event that the received product is damaged, please share a clear photo along with an unpacking video of the damaged product and its box within 24 hours of receipt.

We will promptly review the case, and our team will issue a replacement for the product you ordered. In case a replacement is not available, amount received will be refunded within 5-7 business days of receiving the complete details of the enquiry. 

Please note that in case of non-availability of unpacking video of the damaged product and its box, no refund shall be issued.

2. General Returns:

In the off chances that our products do not meet the requirements of your home as expected, we are happy to offer returns as a service. Upon return, store credits equivalent to the value of the item(s) will be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For orders below Rs. 5000, a reverse pickup charge of Rs. 500 shall be applicable; for orders above Rs. 5000, a 10% reverse pickup charge of the total order amount shall be applicable.

Please note that we do not offer return on breakable/fragile items such as ceramic/glassware.

3. Return Conditions:

The items you wish to be Returned must be in their original packaging. Products should be unused and in the same condition as received. 

4. Refund Processing:

5. Return Approval:

All returns are subject to approval before processing. Approval of return requests may take up to 36 hours.

6. Quality Check and Store Credit:

Once returned items are received at the Aidea Homes warehouse, they will undergo a quality check. Upon approval by us, a store credit voucher will be issued, valid for redemption on your next purchase. Store credits are valid for 6 months.

7. Bulk Orders:

The return policy does not apply to bulk orders. Returns for bulk orders will be assessed on a product-to-product basis.

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
